Client: Kait Cortenbach State Farm of Santa Barbara
Situation: This client was in need of engaging training materials for onboarding new sales associates.
Task: She wanted to make the content more engaging and accessible to her new employees.
Action: Using her original documents, I used Canva to create a more straightforward and clear slide deck to accurately address her training needs.
Result: The client reported that her new employees grasped the information quicker and were able to apply the needs of the business within the same business day.
Client: Pinole Valley High School
Situation: Colleagues and educators we're having a difficult time tracking students during the class period and ensuring they are on task.
Task: They were wanting a easy to understand, basic introduction to an education technology that WCCUSD had purchased.
Action: Using needs assessments, I created an introductory guide one how to use the basic functions of Securly.
Result: Colleagues reported that not only were more teachers using this education technology on a daily basis, but more students were also staying on task and completing assigned work.
